The Comprehensive Care Program of Cleft and Lip Palate freely offers a multidisciplinary treatment that includes nutrition, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, plastic and reconstructive surgery, maxillofacial surgery, psychological treatment, educational talks on oral health, rehabilitation, and speech therapy. The entire treatment of a patient with this congenital malformation is offered from the time the child is born until 18 years of age.

In addition to general health care and social services, formula and special bottles are provided to help replace the caloric intake lost by those children born with cleft lip and palate.
